Online Retailer Conference 2023

Online Retailer Conference 2023

This year, I had the incredible honour of chairing the Online Retailer Conference 2023, a prestigious event that brought together some of the brightest minds in the retail industry.

Over the course of two days, we dived into topics that are not only close to my heart but also vital in today’s rapidly evolving world of ecommerce: diversity, inclusivity, and the remarkable ways in which technology is reshaping our shopping experiences.

Online Retailer Conference 2023

Ecommerce and Retailer Expert Speakers

The Online Retailer Conference 2023 was a remarkable coming together of thought leaders, featuring an impressive lineup of 110 speakers from both international and local domains. These experts joined forces to share their insights, strategies, and visions for the future of online retail.

Ecommerce Solutions Providers Galore

The event was not just a forum for ideas but also a marketplace for innovation, with 140 ecommerce solution providers and a conference full of the smartest retailers in Australia. Attendees had the opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies, software solutions, and strategies to propel their online retail ventures forward.

A Focus on Diversity and Inclusivity in Retail

One of the most memorable moments of the conference was sharing the stage with my esteemed brother, Jason Ajai, Founder – InterviewFit, to discuss a topic that lies at the core of our values: diversity in ecommerce. With over 30 years of experience in the field of recruitment, he brought a wealth of knowledge and insights regarding bias, the hiring process, and the immeasurable value that a diverse team brings to a business.

The Power of Diverse Thinkers in Retail

During our session, we underscored a fundamental truth – having diverse thinkers in your team not only fosters a culture of inclusivity but also significantly boosts profits. Diverse teams bring a range of perspectives to the table, enabling more innovative problem-solving and a deeper understanding of customer needs. It was a privilege to stand on that stage and advocate for the importance of diversity in eccommerce alongside my brother, Jason.

Chairing the Online Retailer Conference and Expo 2023 was an experience I will forever cherish. It provided a platform to explore the ever-changing landscape of ecommerce, where technology is revolutionising the way we shop and engage with brands. Moreover, it allowed us to champion the values of diversity and inclusivity, not merely as buzzwords but as integral components of a thriving and forward-thinking industry.

As we look to the future of retail, it’s clear that diversity and technology will continue to play pivotal roles in shaping our shopping experiences. This event was a testament to the incredible potential that lies at the intersection of innovation and inclusion. I’m super proud, privileged, and humbled to share this stage with the brilliant minds and forward-thinkers driving the ecommerce industry into a brighter and more diverse future.

Chat, G P T and AI languages, taking the world by storm and with a combination of excitement and fear. Well, joining me live is ecommerce coach and entrepreneur, Kelly Soor. Thank you so much for joining us. Hi. This is a very, uh, exciting but scary avenue and you’ve been working at it for well over 10 years, so, Tell us what is chat G P T first of all?

Well chat G P T is kind of a consumer based model, so it’s open to everyone and what it allows us to do is create content, create technology at a really fast pace. It allows us to input prompts, so input information, and get masses of pieces of information back out of it. So, okay. We’ve got a bit of a demonstration to show people on the tele there because I mean, you basically can just.

Put something in and it just. Types it away. There you go. So yeah, an example would be a media release, for example. Yeah, absolutely. So what we are seeing actually is a piece of content, like an email marketing campaign, especially in retail email marketing campaign newsletter, a PR release that used to take five to six hours to produce.

It’s actually only taking 30 minutes to produce. So we’re saving a lot of time and money using these tools. Saving a lot of time and money, but a lot of people are concerned about job losses and IP Absolutely. And all that, and whether it’s correct or not. Absolutely. So there’s a, there’s, there’s so many issues with it.

You know, I’m the eternal optimist. There’s the ethical issues, there’s the legal implications, there’s ip. You know, stealing people’s ip. I think, you know, AI plus human is nirvana. You know, you can’t just produce a piece of content using an AI tool and expect that to be, you know, the best piece of content.

You have to inject human into that. So I think where we, where we combine the two, the AI technology and the human mm-hmm. That’s where we are gonna get great pieces of information out of it. We see what’s happening online with certain platforms, um, very dangerous sort of conditions, misinformation, and the like.

This seems to be going through leaps and bounds. This AI technology chat, G P T. What do we have to do in terms of government regulations? Yeah, uh uh and I think the scary thing is we don’t actually know what it can produce yet. We don’t actually know the implications going forward in the future. So from a government regulation P point of view, we’ve gotta jump on it quickly and we’ve gotta actually put some regulation in place around it.

For me though, the exciting. Part is, you know, if you think about the industrial revolution, when the farmer started driving the tractor, you know, the farmers that survived and thrived were the ones that actually jumped on the tractor. Mm. Not the ones that continue to hand sew all of their, their seeds.

Yep. So you’ve gotta move with the times, but we hope, hopefully we have the, uh, regulations that are needed. The, the recent federal budget, uh, a lot of startups have expressed that, uh, there wasn’t, uh, a great deal of money in this. Sector, there’s a lot of missed opportunities. Do you think we need to see more money?

Absolutely. This is a pivotal point in history. Mm-hmm. And it, it is a pivotal point in our history in that, you know, again, going back to Industrial Revolution that made. Millionaires, it made economies. It, it changed the Indu industries, and this is another pivotal point that needs investment. There is an opportunity for Australia to be the leading country in this space, but it does need and require education and investment.

We’re hearing a lot of students perhaps enjoying it, getting a lot of assignments done. Yeah. Maybe, uh, their content isn’t correct and maybe they’re not meant to at the moment, but, uh, you know, not just, uh, students of course, but people in the film industry, for example, they’re on strike overseas and they’re certainly worried about their IP and creativity being lost.

Mm-hmm. Again, you know, I come back to, if you’ve got a human, the person that’s going to create the best imagery, On, you know, some of the AI platforms is someone that’s been used to creating imagery themselves. So a photographer, you know, the person that’s gonna create the best content is a journalist. So actually, if you pair those two together, I think that it reduces the fear.

Mm-hmm. And I guess if you wind back the clock and you think of electronic music, for example, a lot of musicians were in fear of that. And, and again, they have lost jobs, but then you have. Different careers like DJs and electronic music directors and so forth. Mm-hmm. And there’s a lot in the music space that’s happening.

There’s some, some regulations coming in around ip. The EU have just, um, announced some regulations around IP and, you know, using IP and ai. So we are gonna see some changes in that. And are you concerned about people losing jobs? I mean, it, it happens obviously with technology and change, but is there gonna be a, a big loss?

Absolutely. But, The upside of that is there’s going to be a lot of job creation as well. Mm-hmm. So we’re already seeing things like engineering prompts. We’re already seeing things like ai, copywriters, you know, we we’re going to see a lot of jobs that are created out of this as well. Are we seeing them in TAFE and universities coming forward as well?

We are seeing the education system, you know, embracing this and, and developing more courses around this. And we’re actually, you know, we’re seeing that here and over overseas as well. And I know you do a lot of Euro master classes and you have one coming up. Yeah, I have one coming up for retail. So there’s one Wednesday the 17th.

Um, it’s a two hour masterclass and this is a real practical, here’s how to use ai. Cause I think a lot of what’s out there in the press at the moment is very theoretical, but this is a how to use it to create content, to reduce the time taken to actually produce emails and then to increase your. Speed and your revenue, and what has the success been so far that you’ve seen?

Well, we tried it. We’ve been testing it with a lot of retailers, so we tried it with one retailer and within 10 days we produced a thousand pieces of content and we increased their organic cert, so traffic to their website by 200%. Wow. Gosh. It’s very, yeah. Ex exciting, but scary at the same time, and, uh, fascinating to watch it.

And again, you’ve been doing it for 10 years. Mm. Yeah. And it’s, it’s, you know, the things we could do 10 years ago mm-hmm. You know, would take me, it took me two years to develop an AI platform 10 years ago. It would take me about two months to develop the same platform today. Incredible. Great to see you.

Thank you so much. Lovely to be here. Thanks for And Happy Mother’s Day. Same to you. Happy you done this morning. My boys cook me breakfast. Oh, lovely. Welcome to have. And um, they put me bacon and avocado and yeah. And they spoiled me this morning. Oh, that’s lovely. Do they normally cook for you? Well, sometimes.

Yeah, sometimes. Sometimes. Yeah. Fantastic. You’ve got a good afternoon planned. I have a lovely afternoon of playing soccer, actually. Oh, there you go. And the boys are coming to work. You’ll good at soccer, aren’t you? I don’t mind it. Yeah. Yeah. Excellent. Multi-talented. Thanks, Kelly. Thanks for having me.

The process involves creating and nurturing relationships with individuals or organizations that can benefit your business in various ways. By attending networking events, trade shows, and conferences, businesses can connect with potential partners and collaborators who share similar goals and interests.

Networking is not just about exchanging business cards or pitching your products or services. It is about building meaningful and long-lasting relationships that can lead to mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations. When you connect with someone, you should aim to learn more about them and their business, listen to their needs and challenges, and offer your help and support in any way you can.

Networking can help businesses find new suppliers, customers, and investors, but it can also help them find new partners and collaborators. Collaborations can take many forms, such as joint marketing campaigns, co-branded products, or shared resources. By working together, businesses can leverage each other’s strengths and achieve more than they could on their own.

To use networking to get partnerships and collaborations, businesses need to be proactive and strategic. They should research potential partners and collaborators, attend relevant events and conferences, and build relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Networking takes time and effort, but the rewards can be significant, as partnerships and collaborations can help businesses grow, innovate, and succeed in a competitive market.

Benefits of Partnerships and Collaborations for ecommerce businesses:

Partnerships and collaborations are essential for the growth and success of ecommerce businesses. Some of the key benefits of forming partnerships and collaborations include:

  1. Increased exposure and reach: Collaborating with other businesses provides access to their customer base and network, increasing the reach of your brand and products.

  2. Cost-effective marketing: Collaborating with other businesses allows you to pool resources and conduct joint marketing initiatives. This can save costs and increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  3. New product development: Partnerships can lead to the development of new products or services, combining the strengths of each partner to create something unique and valuable.

  4. Increased credibility and trust: Partnering with reputable and well-established businesses can help build credibility and trust with your target audience, increasing the likelihood of sales and repeat customers.

  5. Shared resources and knowledge: Collaboration provides an opportunity to share knowledge and resources, which can help both parties to improve their operations and achieve common goals.

  6. Diversification: Collaborating with businesses that operate in different markets or industries can help ecommerce businesses to diversify their offerings, reducing risk and increasing revenue streams.

In conclusion, partnerships and collaborations can bring many benefits to ecommerce businesses, helping to increase exposure, credibility, and revenue while also promoting innovation and growth.

write a 1-minute video script for Kelly Slessor explaining what she does and why she does it. make it fun and engaging and use the 3 Three-Act Structure in the first act, set the stage and introduce the characters) of the story. In the second act, present a problem faced by the character(s) and build up the tension. In the third act, deliver the climax of the story by resolving the problem (with your product or service). Do not use a narrator.

What I’m gonna do here is I’ve written a little prompt for it. Now the thing is with chat, g t is, the better you can get at promoting it, the better the result will be in return. So let’s say for instance, you want it to write 10 Instagram captions or an email to the education department, um, asking them to, asking for you to come and, you know, suggesting that you come and speak to them about what you are doing.

It’ll write that for you, but you need to tell it. As much information as you can and to write the best thing. If anyone has questions on this, put it in the. So this is a little prompt I’ve written earlier on. Um, Rachel will drop the link to open to chat open AI in chat g p t in the link in the chat as well.

And it’s a free tool by the way. You don’t have to pay for this. So I’d asked it to write a one-minute video script for Kelly Slessor is all very vain explaining what she does and why she does it. Make it fun and engaging cuz I do believe I’m fun and engaging sometimes and use the. Act structure. So this is a kind of process for writing stories.

So in the first act, set the stage and introduce the character of the story in the second act, present a problem faced by the character and build up the tension in the third act. Deliver the climax of the story by resolving the problem with your product or service. Do not use narrator cuz I don’t want someone to talk for me.

I’m going to do the video myself. So I’m gonna hit return on. And it’s writing a script for me. It’s got me walking down a busy city street, so I’m in the city of Sydney. I’m walking down Pit Street and it’s got, it’s writing a script. Hi there. My name’s Kelly Slather and I’m a bit of a tech geek. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been fascinated by the world of technology and how it can change the way we live and work.

This is totally on point, but as I get older and start or got older and started to work in the retail industry, I noticed a problem. So many businesses were struggling to keep up with the rapid pace of technology. Think Kylie, you just said that earlier, and they were missing out on opportunities to grow and connect with their customers.

That’s why I started my own company. Let me come back up here, but it hasn’t always been an easy journey for me. This talks about my past, which I’m not gonna go into. Um, and today I’m here to help businesses like yours succeed in the digital world. The problem I see many businesses face is they struggle to keep up with the fast-changing digital landscape.

So what I want you all to do, if you cannot write a little script for yourself, a little video script, you’ll get Jack GP to do it that wrote that for me in literally one. Like it. It was. That’s how quick it was. Use that as a practice tool. Okay, so now that we’ve written the script, the next thing I’m gonna show you is how to then put that into digital content.

All right. So I’m just gonna share my screen here. Give me one second. Can everyone see my phone screen? Awesome.

So I’m gonna go into Instagram. I’m gonna click on Instagram. I’m just gonna come out of this. I just wanna make sure everyone could see that. Could you see that? Yeah. Okay. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I just can’t see you when I’m sharing my phone screen, which is fine. Now that I know you can see it, I’m back in.

All right, so I’m gonna come into Instagram. I’m gonna come out of there cause that’s an awful shot. Alright. Okay. Now I’m gonna click on the little plus button at the bottom. There’s a little plus button right at the bottom of Instagram. This is my son. This morning I was doing his hair. Um, and I’m going to go across to reels.

So at the bottom you’ve got reels. So you can see there. You’ve got me and you’ve got me on my phone. You can see me now. I am extremely vain, so I’m gonna put a filter, filter on it. You don’t have to put a filter on it, but if you want, there’s a little filter button at the bottom for the vein, ones in the room.

And I’ll, it’s not just about being vain actually, for me, honestly. Sometimes I just don’t have the time to do my makeup, so putting a little filter on it just means that it’s another thing that’s gonna stop me from procrastinating from making the video. All right, then I’m gonna click and hold this button.

Hi, my name’s Kelly Slessor. I’m an ecommerce coach. I specialize in digital. My passion is about helping small businesses grow online. Alright, you don’t need any more. You’ve got the disc. Okay. Then I’m gonna click the next button. Okay, we’re gonna stop that cuz otherwise you’re gonna hear me on repeat and there is nothing worse than hearing your own voice over and over again.

All right, then I’m gonna click on the little smiley face at the top. I’m gonna click on captions. I’m just gonna make sure before I do, everyone can still hear me. Everyone can still hear me. Awesome. Okay, let me just share my screen again.

Me voice. I’m just gonna, I’m just gonna stop that. No. Okay. So what I’ve done is I hit the little smiley face, the little smiley face, and I’ve clicked on captions. So what it’s then done is transcribe it and put captions over the top. So if I click, I’m done. I’ve got my name now. I’m just gonna drag that.

Hi, my name’s Kelly Slessor That’s a great resting. Um, now it’s got that. And if I click play,

you had enough of me. I’ve another great resting face. All right, I’m now gonna download that to my phone. So I’ve got my script, I’ve got my video, and I’ve downloaded it to my phone. And I’m gonna stop you looking at that awful picture now. If you’ve got longer form video, I’m gonna get off that picture cause that’s embarrassing.

If you’ve got longer form video. So let’s say Kylie, for instance, you wanna narrate a bit of your book. That doesn’t work on Instagram, unfortunately. So you know, you can only go up to, I think it’s about 90 seconds on Instagram for an Instagram reel. So let’s say for instance, you wanted to do a longer form video.

So you, you do a video on your, on your computer, you record the video. Then what I use is a tool called Script. So Descript is a transcribing tool. It’s a, you can use a free version of it. It keeps a watermark on there, but you know, some people are okay with that. Um, and some people prefer to pay for it.

It’s not that expensive though. I think it’s about 20 or $30 a month. Um, okay, so I’m just gonna create a new project in here. I’m gonna choose a file to transcribe. I’m gonna find a video of me. So there’s another video of me that I did recently. I’m gonna open up that. Now. What that’s going to do is start to transcribe that video.

So it’s about, it’s gonna start putting words on the video. So if it’s a long form video or for. I don’t wanna use, um, Instagram to do this. I can just record it straight onto here. Um, it’s now transcribing that, so it might take a couple of seconds and that will get up to, it’s not a big video, so it shouldn’t take too long, but that will get up to a hundred percent.

What that will then do is take all of my words that I’ve said and it will put them in written format. So here you go. Transcribing a hundred percent. So there’s five things that are fundamentally going to affect retail this year in the online space. Number one is connected commerce. Now, one of the things this always does is spells my name incorrectly.

So, oh, let just stop that one. Let just do that. Okay. Um. Here, I can literally change some of the wording in here. So if I wanted to, if it says lesser, which is how it spells my name, normally I could just change that to lessor. Um, so I can go in here and rewrite this. Now, what I can do now that I’m in here, and you remember, you can watch this back later if you need it in slow emotion.

I click on the text button, I’m gonna click on the captions. And you are gonna see now, watch this. Watch this magic happen.

There you go. And you now have a piece of video content that you can send out to the world that looks professional, that is transcribed, that uses a script that hopefully you are comfortable with. Now, the last little trick that I use before we get into questions, the last little trick I use is I then copy and paste that trans.

Back into my chat, G p t, so it learns more about me and learns how to talk in my voice. So I’m gonna close that down and I’m gonna come back in here and I’m gonna go, I’m going to teach you, teach you about me. I’m going to feed you information, feed you information about my style.

Sure. What kind of information would you like to share? I’m just gonna paste that video’s trans. And then what it says, it’s gonna break that down for me. So it’s getting to know me. So each time I ask it to do something, chat, g p t is doing it more and more in my voice. So more and more it’s imitating me and using my language, which again, saves me time in overthinking.

Okay. I am gonna ask now we’ve got, we’ve got 10 minutes left for q and a. But I’m gonna ask in the chat, who is comfortable with sharing their story digitally? Oh, we lost the sound. Did we lose the sound again? Can everyone hear me? I can. Okay, perfect. Alright, perfect, perfect, perfect. Who is comfortable with sharing their story digitally?

Jules, you go. I cannot wait to see you. Hula hoop. Andrea awesome. Angela Angelica. Perfect. All right. I would love you to tag me in your story and so I can share with the beautiful lady that is Kylie. All right, Kylie, are you comfortable to share your story today? Yes. We’re gonna share it now. So this is one that Kylie did earlier.

Um, can you drop it in the chat, Rachel?

See if Rachel dropped it in the chat. Awesome. Okay, so let me just share that. Bear with me one second. I’m just gonna share. Now I realize I didn’t share sound earlier on, so you might have seen me but not actually heard me sharing the sound, but now you can see on here. Alright. So here we go. This is one Kylie did earlier that’s going out to the world.

Hi everyone. My name’s Kylie, captain. I’m Aga Milroy, author and educator and founding director of Dream Big Education, wellbeing and Consulting. Ecommerce predictions for 2023

Ecommerce predictions 2023

The online retail space constantly evolves, and staying ahead of the curve can be challenging. Here are my Ecommerce predictions for 2023 that will significantly impact the industry. Let’s look at these five factors and what they mean for retailers.

1. Connected Commerce

Bridging the Gap Between Online and In-Store Sales

My first Ecommerce predictions for 2023 is connected commerce.

While online sales have steadily increased, there is still a significant gap between online and in-store conversion rates. On average, online stores have a 2% conversion rate, while physical stores boast a 30% conversion rate. (yes, there are bots, and consumers are more likely to browse online – but the gap is still too big)

Fixing the digital experience is crucial, but connecting consumers more seamlessly to physical stores is also necessary. This is where Connected Commerce comes into play. Connected Commerce is about providing consumers with a seamless experience across all channels, whether they’re shopping online or in-store.

One company that is leading the way in Connected Commerce is Brauz. Brauz offers various services, including click-and-collect, reserve in-store, and even Uber delivery. By providing consumers with multiple delivery options, retailers can increase the likelihood of conversion and offer a more personalised experience.

Another company making strides in Connected Commerce is The Wishlist. The Wishlist is an online and in-store wishlist that allows consumers to save items they are interested in and purchase them later. This encourages repeat purchases and provides retailers with valuable consumer preferences and behaviour data.

While the concept of omnichannel retail has been around for some time, only some retailers genuinely utilise it to its full potential. Connected Commerce represents a significant opportunity for retailers to increase conversion rates and provide customers with a more personalised shopping experience. By investing in solutions like Brauz and The Wishlist, retailers can bridge the gap between online and in-store sales and drive growth in the future.

2. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

What You Need to Know About the Upcoming Change

My second Ecommerce predictions for 2023 is GA4.

If you’re in the world of digital marketing, you may have already heard about the upcoming change to Google Analytics. By July 2023, everyone will need to switch to GA4, and this move will cause some disruption.

One of the biggest challenges of this switch is that GA4 does not bring historical data with it. If you don’t store that data separately, you will lose it. This can be a massive problem for businesses that rely on historical data to make strategic decisions.

In addition to the issue of historical data, the switch to GA4 will also change the metrics used to track user behaviour. The way GA4 tracks users is different from the traditional method, which means that metrics such as GA versus sessions will also be different. This can confuse and make it difficult to compare data over time.

Despite these challenges, there are some positives to the switch to GA4. For one, it will allow for a greater focus on attribution models. Retailers will get a more accurate picture of how each marketing channel contributes to conversions.

Furthermore, GA4 comes with some new features that will be helpful to businesses. One such feature is the ability to do audience targeting based on user behaviour. This can be extremely useful in creating targeted campaigns that are more likely to convert.

Finally, GA4 also offers predictive analysis powered by AI. This feature can be used to forecast future performance and identify potential areas of improvement.

While switching to GA4 will cause some disruption, staying ahead of the curve and preparing for the change is essential. By understanding the new metrics, focusing on attribution models, and leveraging new features like audience targeting and predictive analysis, businesses can make the most of this transition and set themselves up for success in future years.s

 Learn how to set up GA4 and use it. I will show you;
  1. Enhanced Data Insights: GA4 offers cutting-edge machine learning capabilities, providing you with smarter and more accurate data insights.

  2. Streamlined Reporting: GA4’s interface allows you to customize your dashboard and generate streamlined reports that are easy to understand and act upon.

  3. Cross-platform Tracking

ecommerce predications 2023- GA4

Sign up for the 6 week Digital Growth program and get access to the GA4 masterclass.

3. Video Commerce

The rise of video commerce

My third Ecommerce predictions for 2023 is video commerce.

Retailers should pay attention to video commerce as a rapidly growing acquisition channel. With the rise of social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, video content has become an essential part of the marketing mix. GA4 provides a more detailed view of video performance, making tracking and optimising video campaigns easier.

One great example of the power of video commerce comes from Moet Chandon, which saw incredible results from its video ad campaign. The campaign was highly engaging, with viewers watching the video for an average of 28 seconds. It also had a high conversion rate, with nearly 20% of viewers clicking through to the brand’s website.

Given the success of video commerce, retailers need to consider implementing a long-term strategy in this area. This could include creating high-quality product videos, influencer collaborations, or hosting live video shopping events. With the right approach, video commerce can be a highly effective way to drive traffic and sales for your ecommerce business.

4. AI

A real game changer for retailers

My fourth Ecommerce predictions for 2023 is AI.

We all know the impact of ChatGPT.

With the launch of ChatGPT 4, it has now become more powerful than ever, and it’s changing the game in the content production industry. A piece of content that used to take hours to produce can now be done in minutes. This technology is still in its early stages, but it’s already proving to be a game-changer for retailers who want to save time and resources. While the AI model generates content automatically, humans still have an essential role to play. They need to review the content and add their unique touch to make it more authentic and appealing to the target audience. With this technology, content production has become more efficient, and retailers can now focus on other essential aspects of their business.

5. Search

Opportunity for me is always and still is organic search.

My final Ecommerce predictions for 2023 is search.

I see too many retailers with paid as their number 1 – 2 channel. While paid advertising can provide quick results, it can also be costly and difficult to sustain long-term.

With the rising acquisition cost, retailers must look for alternative ways to drive traffic and sales to their ecommerce sites. Organic search provides a cost-effective way to do just that. Optimising your website for search engines and creating high-quality content that addresses the needs of your target audience, you can attract more traffic and generate more sales without relying on paid advertising.

With new tools like ChatGPT, it’s possible to gain a competitive edge in organic search and stay ahead of the competition. ChatGPT can help you identify the most relevant keywords and phrases to target in your content, create optimised product descriptions and meta tags, and provide insights into how users search for products in your industry. With this information, you can create a more effective SEO strategy to drive traffic and sales to your ecommerce site.

Organic search remains a valuable and sustainable channel for driving traffic and sales to ecommerce sites. With the rising cost of acquisition, retailers must focus on SEO and look for ways to optimise their websites and content to rank higher in search results.

The ability to develop content at scale very, very quickly. And talking about the topics your customers want to discuss engagingly will fundamentally change the landscape, and it will be a race to the top.

So get your content done, loaded onto your website, and tell Google who you are and your customers are.
